We booked a room here after our flight was delayed. I booked the room a few hours before we arrived and had no issues. We arrived at midnight and were able to quickly check in. We had a 4th floor room with one king bed. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff here. I had a medical emergency while staying here and the staff ensured I was taken care of, got an ambulance and personally helped me from room to lobby and made sure my husband, who was stuck at work during all this, knew what was going on and where I was taken. They have all been very kind. To top our experience, our pets are as welcome as we are. Very happy with this place.

Stayed at the Best Western in Fort Myers
Great service. All of the staff I spoke to were nice and helpful, the rooms were clean, and overall I had a great stay. It's a small hotel but they still have a nice gym and pool. I didn't get to try their breakfast but I walked past it and it looked great.
